Companies can apply for the programme by contacting our Business Advisors and completing the application form

If you are a New Zealand company, earning foreign exchange, you can apply for the programme by contacting our Business Advisors . An initial meeting with you may be used to gain an understanding of your business and to see if Better by Design would be of benefit to you. 

Once selected, companies work with a dedicated Business Specialist, who guides them through the process and acts as your main contact.  The first step is to complete the 'Design 360' assessment, which is undertaken by a team of independent experts chosen by the company.

An action plan of recommendations is then developed. The detail, timeframe and funding requirements for each plan will differ for each company. As a client you have priority for Better by Design executive education and peer networking events.  After the plan is completed, companies are offered continuing mentoring and peer networking opportunities.
